A recently refurbished environmentally-friendly building clad with Jubizol MP, utilizing a decorative Silicate Through Colour Render, which not only creates an attractive finish but also provides the building with durability and resistance against all exposed weather conditions.

Nanosil is a thin coat self cleaning render which has high water repellence and a long term resistance to algae and mildew.

This fantastic new spec house was externally rendered with our 1.5mm grain Nanosil G texture to create a contemporary look and to achieve the self cleaning effect.

JUB were approached by a homeowner looking for a way to cure the condensation problems that their property was having and they were trying to find a cost effective solution.

The solution was our Jubizol MP Insulated Render System as this is installed using a breathable mineral fibre insulant and our Unisil through colour render.

Not only did this solve the condensation problem, it has helped to reduce the customers energy bill.

As an added bonus, the customer was aided by a Government grant to help with the overall cost.

Due to a high level of silicone binders and siloxane, Nanosil has a Self Cleaning Effect like no other external render.

Despite being in a rural setting, this fantastic spec house is positioned quite high up, exposing it to severe weather conditions, the Architects decided that a high quality external render system was required.

Jubizol S owes it’s outstanding performance to the highly flexible cement-free acrylic texture.

Jubizol MP is a breathable external render system which is suitable for hollow block construction.

The Mineral Wool insulation is recyclable, has a low carbon footprint and when installed at 120mm thick, reduces the walls U-value to 0.27W/m2K.

Revitalcolor AG is an exterior microfibre reinfirced waterborne anti-mildew acrylic paint.

The coating resists algae and mildew growth and contains special water-repellent additives (siloxanes)

It is a durable coating which provides excellent weather and ageing resistance.

Revitalcolor AG bridges hairline cracks and it is recommended for longlasting protection of decorative renders. It can also be used as a special equalizing coat for through colour mineral renders.
