			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Kingdom House is a vision of a modern energy efficient home of the future, brought to fruition by Oliver and Robb Architects and built to Passive House standards by Campion Homes.</p>
<p>The inclusion of solar panels, PV Cells, Air Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery Units were complimented perfectly with the JUB Premium Facade System to produce a house with a negligible carbon footprint.</p>
<p>The JUB Premium Facade System uses 160mm of Graphite EPS insulation to achieve a &#8216;U&#8217; Value of 0.19, this system is finished with the Nanosil Self-Cleaning texture.</p>
<p>JUB Approved Applicator G&amp;R Ross Ltd applied the Self-Cleaning, Highly Breathable Silicone Render which uses Nano Technology to inhibit dirt pick up and to prevent staining, perfect for a building like this, with a coastal location, a minimal roof overhang and a large wall area.</p>
