The Kingdom House is a vision of a modern energy efficient home of the future, brought to fruition by Oliver and Robb Architects and built to Passive House standards by Campion Homes.
The inclusion of solar panels, PV Cells, Air Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery Units were complimented perfectly with the JUB Premium Facade System to produce a house with a negligible carbon footprint.
The JUB Premium Facade System uses 160mm of Graphite EPS insulation to achieve a ‘U’ Value of 0.19, this system is finished with the Nanosil Self-Cleaning texture.
JUB Approved Applicator G&R Ross Ltd applied the Self-Cleaning, Highly Breathable Silicone Render which uses Nano Technology to inhibit dirt pick up and to prevent staining, perfect for a building like this, with a coastal location, a minimal roof overhang and a large wall area.
Nanosil self-cleaning render has been installed on the new Warwick Hospital Care Unit.
Nanosil contains water-repellent siloxane which helps to shed water from external wall surfaces. Water cannot maintain contact with the Nanosil render and without water, micro-organisims like algae and lichen cannot survive.
Nanosil G Self-Cleaning Render has been installed onto a new contemporary house with dramatic effect
Nanosil is very flexible and highly durable external render finish which is manufactured using Nano-Technology
Nanosil Exhibits:
High Water Repellence
Long term resistance to algae and mildew
Self Cleaning Effect
Nanosil is a thin-coat high quality external render, whose key components are made in accordance with the latest discoveries in nano-technology.
Due to a high level of silicone binders and siloxane, Nanosil has a Self Cleaning Effect like no other external render.
Nanosil is a superior render within the construction field and constitutes a huge leap forward in the direction of material formulation for Silicone through colour render.
